Recording and Call Retention
We see more and more business being transacted over the phone in recent years, as comsumer attitudes evolve
Our systems allow you to take advantage of this trend, while protecting your business contractually and allowing for staff development. We can enable call recording which suits you needs. The options available encompass either, sample, blanket and on-demand recording policies with a retention period to suit both GDPR and process requirements.
Our systems are also able to maintain evidential standards with call recordings being watermarked and tracebele. Calls can be stored for any period your processes require, with 30 days retention being included in the per-minute recording fee, and options allow recordings to be retained for 7 years or more for uses such as FCA compliance.
